2. Description of Service
iCar Removal provides vehicle purchasing and removal services across Perth. We offer quotes based on the information provided by the owner regarding the vehicle's condition, make, model, and age.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are subject to a physical inspection of the vehicle. iCar Removal reserves the right to adjust the final offer if the vehicle's condition differs significantly from the description provided during the quoting process.
4. Ownership and Legal Documentation
The seller must be the legal owner of the vehicle or have explicit permission from the owner to sell the vehicle. Valid identification (driver's license or passport) and proof of ownership must be provided at the time of sale.
5. Vehicle Removal
Free removal is provided for all vehicles purchased by iCar Removal. The vehicle must be in an accessible location for a tow truck to reach. Any obstructions must be cleared by the owner prior to the arrival of our team.
6. Responsibility and Liability
Once the transaction is complete and the vehicle has been picked up, iCar Removal assumes responsibility for the vehicle. The previous owner is responsible for any personal items left inside the vehicle prior to removal.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
